Information you share
When you request an estimate, we collect the contact details, property information, project description and photos you choose to provide. Please avoid including sensitive documents, access codes or photos of people who have not agreed to be photographed.
How we use it
We use this information to review your request, contact you, prepare proposals and invoices, and provide the services you request. We do not sell your personal information or use quote requests to sign you up for marketing.
Service providers
Our website and business tools use Vercel for hosting, Purelymail and Resend for email, and Facturapp for request management and invoicing. If you choose to pay online, Stripe processes payment information on its hosted payment page. Your card details are not entered into our estimate form.
Storage and your choices
Project requests are available only to authorized administrators. We retain information as needed to handle your request, provide service and maintain required business records. Contact contact@ortizsons.us to request access, corrections or deletion; some records may need to be retained for legal or accounting reasons.
Cookies and contact
The website uses essential security and administrator session cookies. Vercel Web Analytics measures visits to public pages without analytics cookies; form contents and URL query parameters are excluded. External social-media links have their own privacy policies.
